Christina here! Did I ever tell you about the time after I had my first baby? I was back in my midwife's office for my 6 week check-up. And I was SO excited and impressed when she toootally checked me for a DR! (DR = diastasis recti, or separation of the abdominals)
But then... she poked up and down my belly and said I didn't have one. Ok that's great, right?! Only when I went home and checked myself it turns out I definitely DID have one!
