Day 4
We have gotten enough questions about sleep position over the years that it became clear that it's worth talking about. If you think about it, you're in your sleeping position for (hopefully!) 7-8 hours every night, so let's help get you in a position that allows gravity to work FOR you instead of against you!
Day 1
Sit back, relax, and allow Christina to take you on a quick but informative tour of the pelvis.
We'll discuss the bones, muscles, and organs that may be involved in your symptoms.
We promise you won't feel like you're at the doctor. We keep our language simple and accessible. We're breaking this down and having fun doing it. We hope it will help you begin to connect the dots of what is going on in your body.
Day 2
First, learn what an abdominal separation is and why it's important. Then, Jenn will teach you how to check to see if you have one and to measure what size it is.
Day 2
Learn an effective way to encourage your ab separation to heal and close. It will feel good to begin connecting with your abdominals again!
Day 3
If your hips are stuck out of alignment it will cause pain and discomfort that shows up differently for each person. Stuck hips will also limit your progress with exercise. We have found that this is at the root of both the discomfort and the body's ability to turn on the right muscles to support movement.
If you find your hips are stuck out of alignment we recommend seeing one of the following practitioners:
