If you haven't already done so, please take the 5-minute Tighten Your Tinkler Program Assessment Quiz - it will give you an instant score and answer to let you know if you will be a good fit for our Program or not.

Of course the 'learning' part of the program will be a bit more time-consuming initially.  But once you've got it, the exercises will take you only 10 minutes a day - no sweat required, and you will have lifetime access to all the instructional videos.  Our participants tell us they love how "fast and easy" it is to finally get the results they've been looking for.

It depends.  You might fall into 1 of 2 categories.  You may find that in the long term you use the program as your go-to self-treatment for any issues that re-occur or tend to come and go.  Christina and many of our participants use the program that way, on an as-needed basis - when issues increase, do the 10 minute exercise series for a few days in a row, and things improve again.  On the other hand, Jenn and several others of our participants who are managing diagnoses of pelvic organ prolapse (especially of stage 2 or higher) find that they need to do the 10-minute exercise series at least 5 days per week in order to maintain their results.  But in this way they are able to successfully manage their symptoms conservatively instead of undergoing major pelvic reconstructive surgery.

If you have stage 1 or 2 pelvic organ prolapse, we know from our research and through our own personal experience that you can likely successfully manage your symptoms by doing our 10-minute activation exercise series 5 days per week and using the other tools and techniques we will teach you as-needed.  The program is pain-free, feels good, and you don't even need to sweat!  On the other hand, if you have stage 3 pelvic organ prolapse you may find that the program still helps decrease your symptoms but you may not see quite the same level of improvement.  If you have stage 4 prolapse you are likely a better surgical candidate we are sorry to say.

Side effects include:

  • A narrowing waistline
  • A perkier bottom
  • Improved feelings of hope
  • Increased self-confidence
  • Improved quality of sexual experiences - one participant wrote an unsolicited blog post reviewing the program called Have Better Sex, NOLA!

As clinicians specializing in women's pelvic recovery we have a very comprehensive understanding of the fact that pelvic floor symptoms can and often do come from a pelvic floor that is too tight (or 'hypertonic').  This program is still a good fit because we teach many self-care skills such as appropriate stretches for tight pelvic floors.  In addition, the activation exercises we teach help to re-balance the strength and flexibility of the pelvic floor to restore 'happier' conditions and relieve symptoms.

Absolutely!  We have seen great results from women who participated in this program while also receiving women's health PT.  We have also helped many women to achieve relief from their symptoms even if they have already tried women's health PT and not gotten their desired results.
